Michelle Molitor (she/her) is the visionary founder and dedicated Executive Director of The Equity Lab. Her journey of impact began as a founding administrator and principal at a Washington, DC charter school. Beyond traditional education, Michelle's adventurous spirit led her to serve as a crew member and shipboard educator on The Freedom Schooner Amistad.

A recognized leader in her field, Michelle is celebrated as both a Pahara and Billions Institute fellow. Her unwavering dedication extends to mentoring future leaders as faculty for Billions and the Surge Institute. Michelle's collaborative spirit shines as she partners with numerous like-minded organizations, all working tirelessly toward the vision of a more humane and just society.

Michelle utilizes her expertise and boundless passion to enact positive change. She harnesses her formidable talents, expertise, and boundless energy for the greater good, tirelessly championing the cause of equity and justice.
