Grateful for the journey

As of June 30, 2026, The Equity Lab has concluded its work and closed its doors.

For more than a decade, we partnered with leaders, organizations, and communities to advance equity, belonging, and transformational change. Together, we cultivated spaces for learning, connection, courageous conversation, and action toward more just futures.

We are deeply grateful to the fellows, clients, funders, partners, facilitators, supporters, and our Board of Trustees who shaped this journey. While The Equity Lab is no longer operating, the relationships, learning, and commitments nurtured through this work continue.

The Work Continues

While The Equity Lab has come to a close, the relationships, shared purpose, and commitment that guided our work remain. Our founding team continues to partner with leaders, teams, organizations, and communities through complementary expertise in leadership development, facilitation, organizational effectiveness, talent strategy, systems design, strategic listening, and organizational transformation.

Whether we met through The Equity Lab or are connecting for the first time, we welcome the opportunity to continue building toward more just, equitable, and thriving organizations together.

Bethany Molitor

Kaleidoscope Effect

Through Kaleidoscope Effect, Bethany helps communities and organizations align their operations, systems, and internal practices with their values through strategic listening. Her work includes organizational and leadership assessments, listening sessions, operational audits, process design, and implementation support.
