Nexus Fellows are asked to designate an individual in their organization with the authority to remove - or advocate for the removal of - obstacles hindering the realization of equity-focused transformations explored during the Nexus program. This individual should hold a position of higher organizational authority relative to the Fellow, such as a manager, CEO/Executive Director/President, or a board member.
