Nexus Fellows are asked to designate an individual in their organization with the authority to remove - or advocate for the removal of - obstacles hindering the realization of equity-focused transformations explored during the Nexus program. This individual should hold a position of higher organizational authority relative to the Fellow, such as a manager, CEO/Executive Director/President, or a board member.

1. How has the current context we’re living in impacted you personally? As a team member at your organization or leading your body of work, how have recent events influenced your experiences, decisions, and approach to your work?

3. How do systemic barriers, limited access, or disparities manifest within your workplace? What is your response in those situations?
