Rahkeam Pickens

Rahkeam Pickens was born to two disabled parents in Washington, DC.  At the age of 3 he developed a passion for reading which morphed into a drive for history and politics.  He spent one year volunteering with the Children’s Defense Fund where he grew to like the idea of activism and education.
