"Participating in the Equity Lab significantly deepened my understanding of how historical and structural racism live in the systems in which I work. As a white man, Equity Lab has supported my anti racist journey by both building my awareness of how I may inadvertently be complicit, and how I can deliberately act to intervene in, these systems. Doing this work in a cohort of like-minded social justice activists across many lines of differences felt both challenging and deeply supportive.
