Nayamka Long

I am motivated to do this work because I have witnessed the stark inequities that exist in our world. The trajectory of your life should not be determined by where you live or what you look like. I truly believe equity is possible and remain committed to doing all I can to disrupt systems and policies that allow injustice and discrimination to occur. I have an opportunity to effect long-term change at my school, and I intend to do so because all children deserve the support, guidance, and education that set them on course for a promising future.
