Maia Blankenship

Maia A. Blankenship is a changemaker and equity advocate who works in public education to ensure that educators are valued, supported, and empowered to accelerate student learning. She leads the growth strategy at ANet and also serves the Vice Chair of the Equity Lab. Maia earned a Bachelor of Science from Spelman College and a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Her passion is to accelerate organizational change by empowering people to understand and leverage the strengths and talents of people, especially the most disenfranchised, to create a more inclusive and more equitable world.
