Charis Sharp

Dr. Charis Sharp (she/her) is the Executive Director of Latin American Montessori Bilingual Public Charter School. She has extensive experience in educational leadership and governance, organizational systems and change, adult education and development, and policy and advocacy. She has served on multiple education non-profit and school boards and currently serves on the DC Common Lottery Board. She holds master's degrees in Teaching and Whole Systems Design, A Montessori Administrator certificate, and a Ph.D. in Leadership and Change from Antioch University.
